That said, although there is commenting machinery on the pages, and it works here, if the database is down and the real pages are not loading and are giving an install screen, any comment posted will not “take.”

Seen on 4Chan, this next one is a purported leak of the Trump plan for annexing Canada. If real, and not just Trump trolling, it turns out we do not want the whole thing, and my opinion of the plan just went up about ten notches. The only thing I would add to it is invade up to Whistler ski resort, resettle the residents n that zone elsewhere, and add it to Washington state:

If anybody has familiarity with particle beams, lasers, and electromagnetic fields, I could use help with this:

Those black boxes are four charged particle beam emitters, and the red lines are four electron beams, each surrounded by an electric field. At the yellow spot, the field lines will converge and will point in a singular direction, unless I am mistaken. If you had charged the surface at that point, that point would experience a point force, and if the beams were pulsed, it might manifest as a point impact. It might also in the air, catch and propel charged particles, producing a random “spatter” sound on a surface. It cold also, moved around inside a head, affect axonal polarization, and cognitive function.

That is how it would work with electron beams, if I am not mistaken. Can you see any way to create a similar effect with some other form of beam which would permeate wood and other building materials, as well as about three to four inches of the salt water the brain would exist as, but which could be aligned like that, to create a field that, in the presence of a static charge, would produce force? Maybe like a polarized maser, or a similar laser like beam at a different, much higher frequency, which maybe we do not know exists yet, and aligned according to wave-phase? Especially since we can control where the peaks and troughs of the emitted EM waves rest, and surveillance has a history of exploiting precise phase measurements in their laser eavesdropping device, which bounces a laser off a window and measures the phase shift in the reflected beam to reconstruct minuscule movements of the glass produced by sound waves in the room?

Bear in mind one observed facet of the tech is the need to conduct an initial “tap” for some purpose, perhaps calibration, or testing of some sort of preparatory period, during which a microphone registers a pulsating humming/reverberating sound that was not audible to the ear, and I could detect small static discharges build up on the surfaces of materials in the area.

I have a question on reconciliation commissions, for anyone with legal knowledge. You have gangstalking, where a network of people join together in a criminal conspiracy to criminally harass specific people, suppressing and controlling their employment and income, personal associations, exercise of free speech, right to privacy, and position in society. They may even assault them with energetic weapons, in their homes. They create records and files documenting it all which get filed away, I assume.

Let’s say Trump declares a “reconciliation commission” for the “spying” as he has mentioned previously, where everybody reveals all, and is exempted from “consequences.” Supposedly that happened with the Stasi, however that was in communist East Germany, where the government was all powerful and could do just about anything. That bears no resemblance to our Constitutional republic in America.

How would that work here? Is that a pardon for the crimes? An agreement not to prosecute? Does he need the governors to offer state-level pardons or prosecutorial discretions too, for state-level crimes? Or does it require some kind of laws passed by Congress? If so, can Congress intrude federally, on state-level harassment laws to void them and let everyone off the hook? Or do they need all States to also pass their own laws voiding the various legal culpabilities, from assault, to harassment, to illegal surveillance?

And how does all that affect civil liability in private lawsuits? Can they wave away personal liability of each conspirator if they irradiated, say, Bill Binney’s house and his wife got cancer from it and died? What about Bill’s right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness? What about his wife’s right to live? Can the government wave away Bill’s rights like that, as laid out in the founding documents of the nation, all “for the greater good?” That would seem a slippery slope, where in the future, lots of things in the Constitution suddenly can be waved away for a “greater good” in the eyes of some radical judge.

It seems if people’s fundamental rights to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” were violated, a reconciliation commission would require invalidating the Declaration of Independence for all the victims for that period, and holding that other Constitutional rights like Free Speech, Freedom of Association, Privacy, etc, can be made violable by government decree after the fact, once the conspirators are caught. Otherwise, if those are inviolable, as it would seem the Founders intended, a reconciliation commission would be a non-starter here, in America, due to the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and even the Declaration of Independence. If people fucked around and got caught, they have to find out, no takebacks.

I am curious, when Trump talks about having a reconciliation commission for the surveillance, how do experts see that playing out mechanically? Specifically how does it play out, criminally, at the state and federal level, and civilly in terms of lawsuits? Is it even possible?

I am mainly looking at mechanics, and whether any potential mechanism which is obvious to legal eagles might point to the need for targets to take some sort of preemptory action, like filing timed “placeholder lawsuits” against parties unknown, just prior to some decree by the President, to lock in the right to sue, or if that would make a difference.

As far as I can see, I would think the “government” being involved in gangstalking, would preclude any reconciliation commission from working, as it would require temporarily lifting Constitutional rights, in a way which would allow governments in the future to do anything, and simply declare after the fact there can be no consequence, as the government is declaring a reconciliation commission. Is there a mechanism anyone sees, or is it inevitable everything owned by everyone in the surveillance will just get reallocated to the entire rest of the country, as victims/targets of the illegal surveillance, in civil lawsuits, at the least?

It is kind of an important question, as in America, where the Stasi has literally killed people like Aaron Alexis, Brian Mancini, and Miosotis Familia, if reconciliation commissions are feasible in some way, we should be wargaming a way to destroy them, pr at least bypass them, so everyone is held responsible for their evil. I do not know enough about the law however to do that myself, so any discussion of it would be immensely valuable.

That becomes DM’s, until he is going to be in New York, and then it is “OMG, we should meet and do something!” At best he fell for an amateur gold digger. But far more likely, he let himself get ensnared in their trap, and now it is screwing up our script at precisely the wrong time, and I will bet that is not by chance. The Tabloid reporter who is doing the story at this moment, her bitching about their “agreement.” When chance favors your adversary in the world of intelligence, it is not chance. If he was anything more than an actor, it might actually disrupt things, but here it is only risking a broader exposure of the fact this is actually one intelligence operation coup’ing a corrupt government, and using actors to hide that fact because the government getting coup’d by elements of intel might make some uncomfortable.

I wish I had Liz’s confidence in Elon, but no. IMO, Elon bears all the hallmarks of a midwitted tool, and I think you can see it by the fact he fell for this, when there was so much at stake:

I have a question for Phelps on reconciliation commissions. You have gangstalking, where a network of people join together in a criminal conspiracy to criminally harass specific people, suppressing and controlling their employment and income, persona associations, exercise of free speech, right to privacy, and position in society. They create records and files documenting it all which get filed away.

Trump declares a “reconciliation commission,” where everybody reveals all, and is exempted from “consequences.” Is that a pardon for the crimes? Does he need the governors to offer state-level pardons too for state-level crimes? Or does it require some kind of laws passed by Congress? If so, can Congress intrude federally, on state-level harassment laws to void them and let everyone off the hook? Or do they need all States to also pass their own laws voiding them?

And how does all that affect civil liability? Can they wave away personal liability of each conspirator if they irradiated Bill Binney’s house and his wife got cancer from it and died? What about Bill’s right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness? Can the government wave away Bill’s rights, as laid out in a founding document of the nation, “for the greater good?” That would seem a slippery slope.

It seems if people’s fundamental rights to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” were violated, a reconciliation commission would require invalidating the Declaration of Independence for all the victims for that period, and hold that other Constitutional rights like Free Speech, Freedom of Association, Privacy, etc, can be made violable by government decree. Otherwise, if those are inviolable, as it would seem the Founders intended, a reconciliation commission would be a non-starter here, in America, due to the Constitution. If people fucked around, they find out, no takebacks.

I am curious, when Trump talks about having a reconciliation commission for the surveillance, how do you see that playing out mechanically? Specifically how does it play out, criminally, at the state and federal level, and civilly in terms of lawsuits? Is it even possible?

Or is it inevitable everything owned by everyone in surveillance will just get reallocated to the entire rest of the country, as victims/targets of the surveillance, in civil lawsuits, at the least?

Idaho college murder suspect Bryan Kohberger may walk free over bombshell DNA evidence. They have blood from two other males at the scene, one male’s sample on a stair handrail in the house, the other is blood on a glove just outside the house. And despite the murder scenes having so much blood it ran along the floors and leached onto the outside of the house, Kohberger had no blood on him, no blood on his car, and no blood on anything he owned. Remember, the girl resident in the house, who had the surveillance look, like she could be live-in surveillance on Madison, claimed Kohberger, who had just murdered four people, walked right by her, she saw him, he saw her, and he just left, leaving her as a witness, and leaving his knife sheath, with a speck of DNA, “smaller than a speck of floating dust” on it, behind. And she heard some sort of struggle, saw the strange male ominously leaving, and then went back to bed, not discovering the bodies until the next morning. However now it has come out, as her account was questioned, she added she drank a lot and is not even sure if that happened, or if her mind is playing a trick on her. Surveillance killed all those kids, to kill that one young girl, for some reason. More and more I feel, based on how difficult it is to see any reasoning behind their targeting, there is some big piece of information about the system we are lacking. Whatever it is, the hole is so large, it seems like it would take a piece of information like them having some kind of ability to see the future, and their operation is to alter the past to change the future, in order to fill the hole in our model. For now, it is basically impossible to explain how a professional intelligence operation, which should know everything and operate as a precise, professional machine, is selecting such random and seemingly pointless targets with seemingly no plausible reasoning behind the decisions, and nothing to gain from the targeting.
